Budaya Organisasi Sebagai Moderasi Pada Kompetensi Dan Keterampilan Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Dukcapil Kabupaten Luwu

Kinerja pegawai pada sektor pemerintahan masih menjadi fokus utama dalam upaya peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi dan keterampilan terhadap kinerja pegawai serta menguji peran budaya organisasi sebagai variabel moderasi pada pegawai Dinas Dukcapil Kabupaten Luwu. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan instrumen kuesioner yang diberikan kepada pegawai sebagai responden, dan pengolahan data dilakukan menggunakan SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi, keterampilan, dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Selain itu, budaya organisasi terbukti mampu memoderasi hubungan antara kompetensi dan keterampilan terhadap kinerja, di mana budaya organisasi yang adaptif dan kolaboratif memperkuat penerapan kompetensi dan keterampilan dalam aktivitas kerja pegawai. Dengan demikian, peningkatan kinerja pegawai tidak hanya bergantung pada kualitas kompetensi dan keterampilan individu, tetapi juga pada lingkungan budaya kerja yang mendukung penerapan kemampuan tersebut dalam pelayanan publik.
