The aim of this research is to determine the influence of motivation and work discipline variables on employee performance. This research uses a quantitative approach by utilizing primary data obtained through questionnaires from respondents. The population in this study were employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Persero Tbk. Jeneponto Branch office with a total of 47 employees. The sample consisted of 47 people. Method Analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Persero Tbk. Jeneponto Branch office, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Persero Tbk. Jeneponto Branch office, and motivation and work discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Persero Tbk. Jeneponto Branch office.
