This study aims to investigate the phenomenon of change fatigue, a form of exhaustion caused by continuous organizational changes within the context of hybrid work. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with 15 employees from various job levels in a multinational company based in Jakarta. The findings reveal that high change frequency, ineffective internal communication, and unsupportive leadership exacerbate emotional fatigue and reduce work motivation. Conversely, empathetic leadership, flexible work arrangements, and employee involvement in the change process help mitigate the negative effects of change fatigue. This study highlights the importance of a human-centered and sustainable change management approach to support employee well-being in the hybrid work era.
