Abstract

This research was conducted to obtain information about organizational behavior management. This research states how organizational behavior management in improving Human Resources in UKM Scout UNM. The purpose of this research is to explain the management of organizational behavior in improving human resources in UKM Scout UNM. The results of our research explain that organizational behavior management in improving human resources is done by planning; carried out by analyzing all existing activities or programs. Recruitment; There are several series that can be followed by prospective members, namely Registration, technical meeting, indoor activities to receive material, peak activities (Outdoor), and inauguration. Evaluation; The evaluation system carried out in the UNM Scout UKM is: First, evaluate every program or activity, both activities in the field, teaching and learning activities, student cases and others. Second, there is always an evaluation meeting every mid-year or end of semester. Third, an end-of-year evaluation meeting is held to evaluate the programs carried out. Development; Developing and improving the quality of human resources in the UNM Scout UKM is of course the first through activities that keep up with the times, especially in the era of technological developments, there is a need for IT training such as graphic design training, graphic videos and training that is not far from the name IT. And to improve our quality, we also focus on supporting the MBKM government program (Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka).
