Abstract

In a highly competitive environment, strategic management planning and job satisfaction are crucial. The collaboration between the two can significantly enhance organizational performance. This study explores how the synergy between strategic management planning and job satisfaction can be optimized to achieve better organizational performance. The research method applied is a structured and comprehensive literature review. Data were collected from various literatures relevant to the research topic through a careful identification and selection process. The selected literature was analyzed using a comparative approach and critical analysis, involving the extraction of significant information to answer the research questions and deepen the understanding of key aspects related to the topic. This process aims to develop a deep theoretical understanding and significant practical implications. The research results show that the synergy between strategic management planning and job satisfaction plays an important role in optimizing organizational performance. Strategic planning provides clear direction and resource efficiency, while job satisfaction enhances loyalty and productivity. The integration of both creates a productive and adaptive work environment.
