Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of price in increasing customer satisfaction in the barbershop service industry in Makassar. It was found that price has a significant influence on customer satisfaction. Therefore, barber service providers need to consider the right pricing strategy to increase customer satisfaction. Competitive prices that match the quality of services offered can provide added value for customers. This study also highlights other factors that can affect customer satisfaction, such as service quality, barbershop environment, and overall customer experience. These findings can serve as a reference for barbershop service providers in developing effective marketing strategies.
