This research examines the influence of hybrid learning and student learning motivation on academic performance at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Makassar State University. The education system is undergoing a transformation with the implementation of hybrid learning which combines bold and face-to-face learning methods, providing camaraderie and increasing student engagement. This research used a quantitative approach with an associative design and involved 60 respondents selected by purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires arranged on a Likert scale, data analysis was carried out using SPSS for descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression, T test and F test. The results showed both the hybrid learning coefficient of 0.634, Sig 0.003 and the learning motivation coefficient of 0.679 and sig 0.000 has a significant influence on student academic performance, these findings confirm academic results, as well as provide insight into the development of learning methods in higher education
